Developing An Anti-Aging Skin Regimen
Aside from being our body's largest organ that protects us against various infections and illnesses, our skin is also the best indicator of aging. Since the skin plays an important role in our overall well being, it is a must that we take care of it the best possible way we can.
Indeed, developing healthy habits can help you develop an effective anti-aging regimen that can help slow down the aging process. Experts advise that people should—as much as possible—treat their aging skin the natural way.
This can be done by changing or shifting to a healthy lifestyle that can bring about powerful and wonderful results. A natural anti-aging skin regimen includes having a balanced and healthy diet, developing a regular work out or physical activities to keep the blood circulating freely, stopping smoking cigarettes, veering away from stress, find ample time to sleep, be well hydrated by drinking lots of fluids especially water and by keeping a positive outlook on life.
ANTI-AGING SKIN CARE REGIMEN
Although natural means of fighting aging is usually advised by experts, there are times that people need to resort to skin care products that can help in the prevention of blemishes, getting rid of wrinkles and replenishing dry or irritated skin. But, before you do this, the list below can be an effective anti-aging regimen if done properly and religiously.
1. Facial Skin Care. The face is a person's forefront to the world that is why proper care should be given to it. Determine your facial skin type and choose products that can help you keep your skin well-hydrated.
2. Body Care. Make sure that you choose safe and gentle body care products such as exfoliants, body lotions, scrubs, and soaps. Use these products in moderation and avoid using products that have antibacterial additives. After drying your skin with a towel, apply an all over body oil followed by a moisture cream or lotion.
3. Cleansing. Daily cleansing of skin using a cleansing cream or lotion helps in keeping your skin younger looking and healthy. You can do this by gently moving your fingertips in small and circular motions from the neck to the hairline. Make sure that you wipe it off gently using a soft washcloth or facial tissue.
4. Toning. Toning the skin using a toner suited for your skin type is one of the most effective anti-aging skin regimens out there. Depending on your skin type and age, you should choose a toner that contains no alcohol. Saturating it on cotton pad and gently wipe on the skin can effectively do toning.
5. Hydrating. Applying a hydrating lotion that is compatible with your moisturizer.
6. Moisturizing. Make sure that you choose a moisturizer that will work well with your skin. You can test various moisturizers by applying it first on the skin. Once you have found the perfect moisturizer, make sure that you aplly it religiously on your skin. Moisturizers come in creams and lotions with different brand names.

Diet and Weight Loss, Detox Diet, Lose weight with Detox and Boot Camp
Detoxification
When people talk about detoxification and cleansing the body of harmful toxins, it’s often seen as a fringe element of vegetarians. People really don’t like to think about harmful toxins building up in their colons or in their arteries, but it’s often a by-product of a carnivorous diet. A diet that’s high in fat and processed foods tends to slow down our digestive systems, and our elimination processes are also interrupted.
This can allow harmful bacteria and toxins to accumulate and can create a general feeling of sluggishness, as well as a host of digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome or colitis. When we begin eating a more healthy vegetarian diet, we start to get more dietary fiber into our systems, and all of a sudden, our digestive systems start to work better,
When you eliminate high-fat meat and processed foods from your diet, then much of your body’s energy is freed from the intense work of digesting these foods. Everything becomes clearer – your blood, your organs, your mind. You start to become more aware of the toxic nature of the food you’d been eating before.
Toxicity is of much greater concern in the twentieth century than ever before. There are many new and stronger chemicals, air and water pollution, radiation and nuclear power. We ingest new chemicals, use more drugs of all kinds, eat more sugar and refined foods, and daily abuse ourselves with various stimulants and sedatives. The incidence of many toxicity diseases has increased as well. Cancer and cardiovascular disease are two of the main ones. Arthritis, allergies, obesity, and many skin problems are others. In addition, a wide range of symptoms, such as headaches, fatigue, pains, coughs, gastrointestinal problems, and problems from immune weakness, can all be related to toxicity. When you start a vegetarian eating plan, your body eventually cleanses itself of the harmful effects of these toxic foods.

Personal Fitness Trainer in Los Alamitos - Orange County Fitness Training Tips
A note from Dr. John Spencer Ellis and Orange County Adventure Boot Camp
On Saturday, I went to the beach to ride my bike and have some fun. The crowds were incredible due to the record size waves. The power of nature is incredible!
As I road from Balboa (The Wedge) down to Seal Beach and back, I couldn’t help but notice how so many people are still lacking fitness and weight management. Don’t get me wrong, many people looked great. It was obvious they live the fitness lifestyle.
This got me thinking…….. What are so many people still missing?
I want to make sure that YOU have everything you want and need to be fit, lean and strong. So, here’s a quick list of what is needed to look and feel the part.
You need motivation, clarity of thought, and the elimination of self-sabotage. No problem, MY PERSONAL COACH can help you this coming weekend. Check out CORE TRANSFORMATION.
You need deep, quality sleep. It’s actually more complex than just getting to bed at a decent hour. You can fall asleep more easily, dream in brilliant color, awake refreshed and benefit from the hormone optimization that comes with perfect sleep. You can learn EVERYTHING you need to know with my special report. It’s my gift to you. Grab the DREAM DIET REPORT at http://www.spencerbroadcasting.com.
Quality, fresh, organic foods will give you more energy, reduce inflammation, and help you stay lean. Remember, it’s most important to buy your organic food from local growers. Buying “organic” food from out of the area (or country) does not guarantee it’s really organic. For a fun experience, shop at Whole Foods at The District in Tustin. Incredible!!!
Quality food is #1. However, supplementation is a great addition to ensure there are no gaps in your diet. I suggest that you take a good multi-vitamin and Omega 3 to get started. If you want a NATURAL and non-addictive supplement for enhanced sleep, try MySleep. Here’s the link to my online nutritional supplement store.
One thing that I’ve learned about fitness (and life) is that if you don’t have a good enough reason “why” you should make a change, you likely won’t make ANY change. You may be moving towards something you want such better health, or away from something such as mental or physical pain.
Find what really moves YOU into action. Learn what motivates you most. Discover your full potential. There has never been a better time to stand above the crowd. While others may ponder, you will move ahead and gain the benefits of a healthy body and strong mind.I’m always here to help you reach your goals. All you have to do is ask!
Be well!
John
